Catherine Stack

Catherine “Catt” Stack is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa and National Certified Counselor. She has worked in human services for over 20 years. She is interested in the subjective experiences of the individual and believes in co-creating goals to optimize a person’s holistic wellness across the lifespan. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Mental Health Counseling Association, the International Association of Applied Neuroscience, and participates in the West Des Moines Community Equity Conversation.
