Yes, supervisors are able to sign notes for their supervisees. These actions—both pending and completed notes—also easily trackable in SimplePractice.
Can I import my own note templates or create custom forms in SimplePractice?
Yes, you can either upload a PDF template into SimplePractice, or you can create your template using our form builder. It’s important to keep in mind that if you upload your own PDF, your clients won’t be able to fill them out.
