How do I make an EHR transition plan?

How much does SimplePractice cost, and are there any additional fees?
We offer three different plans to accommodate our customers’ needs. Our Starter plan starts at $49/month, our Essential plan starts at $79/month, and our Plus plan starts at $99/month, with the option to add additional clinicians to your group practice for $69-$74/clinician, depending on the size of your practice. You can change or cancel your plan anytime, and there are no contracts, setup fees, upfront fees, or cancellation fees. Please note that some states require sales tax.
There is also an annual $20 fee for the AMA CPT codes, billed yearly in December. This includes an $18 CPT royalty charge from the AMA and a $2 processing fee. The AMA owns the rights to CPT codes and mandates the collection of royalty fees for all clinicians who have access to the codes, regardless of usage. These codes are vital for accurate in-network and out-of-network insurance billing. When used in clinical documentation, CPT codes also facilitate communication in a common language across providers, systems, and clients.
